Welcome to the Bradenham Blast 10km, one of the UK’s most scenic and highly rated trail running events! Hosted by Boondock Events, this community‑favourite race welcomes runners of all abilities to take on rugged trails, rolling hills and breathtaking countryside views in the heart of the Chiltern Hills Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty.

  Registration opens early on the day, with distance start times staggered from the morning onwards.

Getting There

Manor Farm is easily accessible just off the A4010. Public transport options include a scenic 25‑minute walk from Saunderton Train Station or a short bus ride with stops right by the venue.

Who Can Enter?

Participants must meet age requirements for each distance (16+ for 10K) and all runs are officially permitted through the Trail Running Association.
